With our full planning package, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your special day knowing that every aspect has been taken care with the utmost care and attention to detail. Our experienced team will be with you every step of the way, guiding you through the entire planning process. We handle everything from venue selection and vendor coordination to timeline creation and day-of execution. Our main priority is attention to detail and a seamless day of experience so we manage every aspect - design concepts, budget management, RSVP tracking, seating arrangements, and those hundred little details that make your event uniquely yours. Because we believe in quality over quantity, we take on a limited number of events each month to ensure every client receives out full attention. 

 

  • Ideally begins: 12-18 months before the event

  • Optimal minimum: 8-10 months

  • This timeline allows for:

    • Prime vendor availability

    • Design development and mockups

    • Multiple venue tours

    • Detailed budget management from the start

    • Thoughtful decision-making without rushing

    • Seasonal consideration for floral and decor

    • Time for custom elements and rentals

Partial Planning

Perfect for those who have already started the planning process but need some assistance to bring everything together. We will jump in wherever you need us. Whether you need help finalizing vendors, reviewing existing contracts, refining your design concept, or creating a comprehensive timeline, our expert planners will step in to provide the support and guidance you need. Please not that partial planning does not include budget management or RSVP tracking.

  • Optimal minimum: 4-5 months

  • This timeline works because:

    • Key vendors (venue, photographer) are typically already booked

    • Basic vision is established

    • Focus is on remaining vendors and design refinement

    • Still allows time for rentals and custom details

    • Enough flexibility for timeline development

Coordination

You've planned your dream wedding, now let us bring it all together. Our Wedding Day Coordination package begins 4-6 weeks before your celebration, ensuring every thoughtfully chosen detail falls perfectly into place. We'll review your vendor agreements, create a detailed timeline, coordinate your rehearsal, and seamlessly manage your entire wedding day. While you're sipping champagne and making memories, our team will be behind the scenes orchestrating vendor arrivals, managing setup, coordinating your timeline, and handling any unexpected moments with grace. With years of experience, we ensure you, your family, and guests can fully immerse themselves in the joy of your celebration while we take care of everything else.
